The Canadian Pride Historical Society (CPHS) will be holding its virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, July 18, 2022, at 5:00 PM CST. 
 Membership    Â
Only members of the CPHS may submit agenda items, including proposed By-Law amendments, and vote on business conducted at the AGM. You will be required to renew your membership before the start of the AGM on Monday, July 18, 2022, at 5:00 PM CST to fully participate in the AGM as a voting member. If you require an accessible option for completing the membership form please contact us at [email protected]. Failure to renew will result in your agenda item and/or proposed By-Law amendment being removed from the agenda.  Â
Agenda Items  Â
If you wish to submit an agenda item for the 2022 AGM please send your proposed agenda item along with any associated documentation to [email protected]. Please note that all agenda items must be submitted by June 18, 2022. All agenda item submissions require approval from the CPHS Board of Directors before they can be placed on the AGM agenda.  Â
Proposed By-Law Amendments  Â
If you wish to submit a proposed By-Law amendment for the 2022 AGM please send your proposed By-Law amendment to [email protected]. Please note that all proposed By-Law amendments must be submitted by June 18, 2022. All proposed By-Law amendment submissions require approval from the CPHS Board of Directors before they can be placed on the AGM agenda. You can view the current copy of the CPHS By-Laws here. Â
