The Canadian Pride Historical Society (CPHS) will be holding its virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 5:00 PM CST.
Membership
Only members of the CPHS may submit agenda items, including proposed By-Law amendments, and vote on business conducted at the AGM. You will be required to renew your membership before the start of the AGM on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 5:00 PM CST to fully participate in the AGM as a voting member. Failure to renew will result in your agenda item and/or proposed By-Law amendment being removed from the agenda.
Agenda Items
If you wish to submit an agenda item for the 2023 AGM please send your proposed agenda item along with any associated documentation to [email protected]. Please note that all agenda items must be submitted by June 16, 2023. All agenda item submissions require approval from the CPHS Board of Directors before they can be placed on the AGM agenda.
Proposed By-Law Amendments
If you wish to submit a proposed By-Law amendment for the 2023 AGM please send your proposed By-Law amendment to [email protected]. Please note that all proposed By-Law amendments must be submitted by June 16, 2023. All proposed By-Law amendment submissions require approval from the CPHS Board of Directors before they can be placed on the AGM agenda. You can view the current copy of the CPHS By-Laws here.
