Position Summary & Job Purpose

The Grant Writer Coordinator is responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals, reports and other materials needed to support the organization’s fundraising goals.

Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Researching and identifying potential grants the organization can apply to.
  • Tracking and managing current and prospective grant and reporting deadlines.
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for grant proposals and reports.
  • Writing grant proposals and reports as required by granting bodies.
  • Providing the Board of Directors with regular updates on the status of grants.
Qualifications :
  • Demonstrated success and evidence of ability to secure revenue via grants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills. With the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Proven ability to work independently and with a diverse team.
  • Good research skills.
